The location, ￼the staff, the value. Near the parks, cafes, restaurants, stores, and most importantly my family. Good room service, mostly friendly staff who mostly spoke at least some English, which was important as I am learning Spanish￼.

Conveniently located by city metro bus. Hotel was located in a safe and green area. Plenty of restaurants to choose from, but some can get quite pricey. Area can get busy during rush hours.

Had a clean nice room, very clean, had a fridge delivered to the room, the guy was very efficient . the cleaning girls very friendly. the front desk was friendly
