We arrived an hour early and the staff was able to check us in around 45mins before 3pm. The ac was great and the water pressure was good. The bed was comfortable and we had lots of pillows! There are lots of food choices around the hotel and there’s a metro bus station right in front. We chose this hotel for its close proximity to the Estadio de Ciudad de Los Deportes and will choose it again in the future.

The location, the staff, the value. Near the parks, cafes, restaurants, stores, and most importantly my family. Good room service, mostly friendly staff who mostly spoke at least some English, which was important as I am learning Spanish.

Conveniently located by city metro bus. Hotel was located in a safe and green area. Plenty of restaurants to choose from, but some can get quite pricey. Area can get busy during rush hours.

Good location in Mexico City. Easy to communicate with the staff and great breakfast buffet. Even the standart room was genreous and had sufficient amenities.
